Dissapointing conversion
I own the game on the PS2, and being a big NASCAR fan wanted to have a copy I could play on the go. Other sports games translate well, so I figured this would too.

Sadly I hardly play the game, it just does not live up to scratch.

Firstly, the sound effects are horrible, outside noise is always louder than your own engine, so you can be exiting turn 2 and you'll hear a car pulling out of the pits instead. Also I find the controls very arcade-y compared to the PS2 version.

I keep trying, but this one just is not as much fun. I'd steer clear personally.

Great Game!
This is a great game, the surprising bit is the graphical quality, although lacking some detail is extremely smooth.

The pit crew audio adds atmosphere and there's loads of game modes and 43 cars on the track which can lead to some excellent mayhem.

You can play with your car setup all day, there's pitstops, yellow flags, damage, slip-streaming, rivals, team mates.....loads of stuff.

All in all, it's great!

this game is very good and is a exelent racing game. there are only a few minor mistakes which are very small.

some people may say that this game is bad because it is quite boring just going round and round but there is a lot more to it than that. you need to doge the other cars, drafting and intimidating and pit stops

a good thing is it doesent exactly tell you when you need to pit. the crashes could be better but one thing i find amusing is going the wrong way to crash!

overall this game is brilliant
