Manufacturer's Description
This watch from Casio will take away the hassle of resetting the time when the clocks change at the start and end of British summertime. The integrated Wave Ceptor receiver picks up time calibration signals from transmitters in the UK and mainland Europe to give you the most accurate timekeeping possible. Other features include solar power to remove the need for replacement batteries, world time display for 30 different cities around the world, 3 daily alarms, LED light, stopwatch and much more. All of this functionality is packed into a classic gents dress watch design with a stainless steel case back and bracelet strap.

Brilliant Accuracy
I've had this watch for over a year now and it is always second perfect. Every night it checks with the radio time signal so I have complete confidence in it's time keeping. The solar power function is still reading full charge, so no worries over when the battery will fail. I wear it in a tough work environment, yacht sailing and in the shower with no problems at all. On holiday, I've set the small digital screen to local time while the analogue hands remind you of the time at home so you don't phone up in the middle of the night! An attractive, classic design with superb practicality and luminous hands. I would recommend it to anyone, especially sailors like myself. JM.
Less than the cost of a citizen watch service!
My expensive Citizen Eco Drive, perpetual calendar watch watch stopped working after only 4 years. Citizen UK service department wanted £[...] to service it, and said that it would need this service regularly. I told them to forget it as I could buy a better watch from Casio with far more functions. This watch has completely lived up to my expectations. The time keeping is superb and it updates every night so is always spot on. I can also easily read the day and date from the digital display. A very smart looking watch and a lot lighter than the Citizen, with far more functions.
Well done Casio!
Excellent time-keeper, but poor for wear of non-metallic case parts
I bought one of these elsewhere on the understanding that it had a stainless steel case and bracelet. One word had been omitted (perhaps intentionally) from the description and that word is 'back' - the case back is stainless steel but the front components are plastic or resin, and painted to resemble a matte steel finish.
I discovered to my cost when some of the case front started to lose its paint after a few months of light wear, that Casio's warranty specifically excludes the case, bracelet and especially the finish - no exceptions no matter how new. They wanted almost as much to replace the case as it would cost to replace the watch.
If Seiko and Citizen amongst many others can produce a watch at around the same price level without the use of a partially plastic case, why can't Casio?
Best avoided unless the technology is a major reason to buy.
