Began a cynic and smoker (17 years) ended a non-smoker but still a cynic!
The last cigerrete I smoked, was not to the butt...because I was in fact quite happy to stop, in fact excited to stub it out.

Only thing left is to get rid of all these lighters and boxes of matches Ive managed to collect!!

Be a cynic and watch it, but at least have the desire to stop and comprehend the message. It is simple but sometimes the greatest ideas are...no hesitation....5 stars. FOR ME = LIFE CHANGING. Thanks to the late Allen Carr and his current MD Robin Hayley

Success at last
This DVD certainly worked for me. Was expecting pictures of lungs and lectures of how smoking kills you, but this is completely the opposite. It's very motivational and encouraging. It makes you feel good about giving up, and gives you a will power boost that will keep you going through those difficult first few days! All of my family that smoked have used it, and we've all given up!

If you're ready to give up smoking, this is the DVD for you. Plus, it's a lot quicker to watch than to read the book, so you'll be off the tabs in no time! Good Luck

Brilliant - it works
I watched this dvd 6 days ago. I quit before the dvd had ended. I did have cravings for the first few days but only very minor and the dvd explains how to deal with them. I feel absolutely brilliant. I do not think of smoking and I also have so much more energy. Since I have stopped I have saved £30 by not smoking which more than covered the price of the dvd.

If you want to quit then this is definately for you.
