Very good service, came quite fast and and in 100% working order.
Love the cover flow when searching for an album, it shows you all the covers, got some really good up to date games too.
If you are bored of that then you can watch videos (tv shows, music videos, movies), which you can get them off of itunes store.
I'd recommend this as a must buy for everyone.

Like EA Sports - Style over Substance1
Four years, three Ipod Classics.
The Classic has some great touches. Personally I love cover-flow, I love the video playback (although the screen is a little small) and I love the fact that I can use this for photos as well, but I cannot abide the lack of care taken in hardiness of the components. I do not use the ipod daily, probably fortnightly at most, but the latest one only lasted 4 (yes FOUR) months - which is pathetic. My previous two iPods lasted just 18 months and 13 months respectively. It seems that the build quality is actually getting worse. I feel that the quality of the ipod case may be more robust, but the internal hard-drive is still prone to failure. Just look on the Apple website, there are thousands of users with the same issue - hard-drive failure. But it gets worse, as there are also thousands of complaints about the updates to iTunes, which have led to Classics suddenly requiring hard resets and having to be re-synched. This takes me about 9 hours due to the sheer volume of music I have.

I really cannot recommend this product. After so long you would expect Apple to address this issue. But, regrettably, they have no interest in keeping customers happy, only in selling the latest generation of iPods. And for this reason I will be looking at another manufacturer in future.
