Customer Reviews

Didn't work for me1
I tried this on a new Panasonic TV and an older Philips TV/VCR and it didn't switch off either of them. The signal registered on both TVs, but all it did was change the channel on the Philips.

Works Well4
I bought this to try out as a new gadget.

The main thing is that it does not need any configuring; you just point at the TV and click the button. You have to wait a few seconds (about 5 seconds) while continuing to point at the TV, it will turn off the TV, if you press the button again and wait a few seconds the TV will turn on again. During the waiting time you will see a red flashing LED.

I'm not giving this a five star, because as with other things, this does have a lot of room for improvement, the waiting time can be reduced considerably with the technological advancements of todays electronics. I think it should be a 3.5 star, but as that option is not available in the list, I rounded off to the closest whole number; giving a 4 star rating.
