The world can't get enough of Madonna, and with CD/DVD sets like The Confessions Tour dropping regularly, it's little wonder why. As a thrower of fantasy dance parties, she is peerless. As a physical role model for the 40-ish women who grew up on her music, she rules. And as an arbiter of what's going to sound shockingly original in any given decade--well, duh. The Confessions Tour rounds up songs from way back--"Ray of Light" and "La Isla Bonita" make the DVD, and "Lucky Star" and "Like a Virgin" are on the CD as well as the DVD--but this concert, filmed in 2006 at Wembley Arena, aims its sturdiest spotlight on Confessions on a Dance Floor, Madge's 2005 disco disc. You could argue, then, that unless you're in it for the sheer DVD spectacle (and what a spectacle it is), there's no sense in owning this package. Only you wouldn't be right. Because as any on-the-ball Madonna fan knows, what she's doing musically is telling a story--you may already know the characters, but that doesn't mean she hasn't completely reworked the plot. To that end, "I Love New York" gets its rock on, "Let It Will Be" has a musical temper tantrum, and "Hung Up" goes for the drama queen award. You've heard these songs before, but you've never heard them quite like this, to borrow a bad informercial phrase. I love this DVD!!

It is amazing from start to finish!!

I've never seen anything like this!!

From the start of the concert to the finish this DVD is filled full of amazing songs, dancing, sets, outfits, dancers etc and it's one of those concerts that drag you into the atmosphere and makes you feel like you are there.
It is wonderful and amazing and i can't find the words to describe just how amazing this concert is. There is no dull moments in this DVD and if you love Madonna latest album style then there is no doubt that you will love this DVD.

Worth every single penny and with it being a double pack with a CD it's more than vaule for money. The CD is amazing too but the DVD is outstanding!!

I have Confessed!
I was lucky to be one of the people to see Madonna's confessions tour live (well i actually went twice LOL)!. This show was the best i had ever seen, from her emerging from a giant disco ball to sing future lovers/i feel love is amazing. Classics such as Like a Virgin, Live to Tell and the remix of La Isla Bonita (which is fab) are included as well as her new multi million selling album "Confessions on a Dancefloor" which spawned hits such as Hung Up, Sorry, Get Together and Jump. This show has everything, u will be amazed by the Queen of Pop. This DVD includes the controversial crucifix scene were Madonna appears on a disco cross with a crown of thorns! She rocks the house with her guitar while performing Ray of Light and I Love New York. The best performance is Music Inferno, Madonna dressed in a John Travolta suit strutting herself, it just took my breath away! whilst having the DVD of the concert a CD is also included so you can sing a long in your car or house! Buy It Now! This is Madonna at her best! the queen of pop reigns supreme!!!!!
