They are work and they really are quite flat
I'm not using them for high quality music or movies so my review may not be of much help. But they worked from the moment that I plugged the USB cable into my machine (no additional audio cables required), they truly are very flat and the volume control is big enough to reach without looking at it (which since my speakers are behind my flat-screen VDU is a consideration because I am locating it by touch alone). They work. The sound fine to my unprofessional ears and I am very happy.

I've been asked to rate the speakers as a toy by Amazon - and there were no other options so my rating is under the "toy" category. They're not a toy in my home, and they do a functional job for me.

I wanted to give them four stars because they are fulfilling the task that I require (feeding sound from my PC at a reasonable price) but I have no idea whether they will be long lasting or even if the sound quality is up to the standards that others would expect. They do what I need them to do at the moment. But Amazon seems to have averaged out my rating of them as a toy at three stars.

Not Loud Enough
Some Distortion at maximum volume because it is not loud enough.
Also bought Trust SP-2750P USB Speaker Set which are far beter.

I thought I have already reviewed this item. But, again,I would highly recommended this product. First, the delivery was surprisingly fast. For a 10 quid product, this is definitely worthy! Although it is not that compact, but still easy to carry. Very light. This is the right thing you need with this amount of money. it completely fulfill my requirement !!
