Six Degrees of Separation
This would be a fantastic pad had it been released for the PS/PS2. Why? Because the one major difference between those controllers and that of the PS3 is SIXAXIS. This pad has none of that functionality and so games that require you to have it (e.g. Metal Gear Solid or Killzone 2) are rendered useless. The fans work a treat but they won't cool down the rage that will ensue for those who buy this pad regardless. Avoid unless you are buying it to play games downloaded from the PlayStation Network or are playing PS2 games on your 60gb PS3.

Chillstream Controller for PS3
It is THE most awesome controller EVER. It's really cheap, fully functional ( except for that stupid sixaxis thing, which is for losers anyway) and it doesn't require charging. Overall, it is BETTER than the orignal PS3 controller.
Have at you.

Good for playing with friends
They work well but are no subtitute for the real deal, for this price you can't really get any better.

No sixaxis so the games that require that wont even recognize them.
L2 and R2 are more like on/off buttons, just like L1 and R1.
No PS3 button witch means you must have an original controller at all times.
The cord has about 1.5m.

Thoose are it's problems, but for that price they work great from when mates come to play, i only use them in games with more than 2 players.

The air fan does work, and yes you can shut it off.
