Great Fun
I bought this game after having so much fun with Guitar Hero 3. From a personal point of view I thought the track listing wasn't as good as no.3 but still rocked. I actually was better at this guitar hero than number 3 as i found the neck on the wireless guitar was a bit too thick for my hands to reach the fret buttons comfortably. Unlike number 3 i breezed through the tutorials and have done quite well at some tracks too.
I think all in all it is a game worth getting, it is also good value for money.
GH2 great but you can see the improvements made to get GH3
bought this the other day after completing gh3. was expecting much the same addictive gameplay as gh3 and wasnt dissapointed. my only few gripes being that its quite expensive for an old game thats just been ported across, the downloadable songs list isnt as massive as that of the ps2 when the game was released on that a few years back and the pricing of downloadble songs is rediculous!
my biggest problem with the game is that the songs you play along to arnt the originals as they are in GH3, theyre covers, not done too badly though.
overall a great game highly recommended but if you have to choose between this and Gh3 go for 3. songs are originals and guitar is better too
mind blowing
well, its scary, not a game I would usually go on, as I am a mucical disaster waiting 2 happen, but, with the controller being so large i couldn't resist picking up and playing, though i don't have the game I was visiting a friends and every1 was out for 3 days flat so i played, and the relief and enjoyment after completing a song is amazing, the rhythm engulfs u on the easy message in a bottle i played the notes as they were so familiar with my eyes closed, and the best thing u can go back 2 any song over and over trying to get 100% and even then playing for fun. I haven't been on in 12 hours and my fingers are itching to play!
