You were clearly expecting this to be a live album or something otherwise completely different to the Album, Black Holes and Revelations. You're right; £9 is a lot to spend on 3 bonus live tracks alone if you already have the album, - but then that's like critisising the Special Edition of a dvd and complaining that you already own the movie, and £10 is a lot for a cardboard wallet! If you already own it, don't buy it!

Firstly, the music is excellent and if you don't own it, then buy it without concern.
To offer nasty comment on this cd/dvd is purile.
Everyone knows how the music industry works by now. First you get the regular release, then the live or bonus or extra cd/dvd release.
Don't complain about the three extra tracks on this cd/dvd.
Surely purchasers know what they are buying before they buy it. If people are buying blind, then they should not feel cheated when they don't get what they want. It really is that simple.

Let us not lose sight of the bottom line. And that is the music. The extras are all very well, but the original release is normally all you will need. Unless you are a collector or a completist of some kind, and that has more to do with obsession than it does to do with a love of music.
I'm off to listen to track three again. And very good it is too.

this cd and dvd is great! my favourite track knights of cydonia teice! i hope that matthew bellamy will keep on writing songs with a political message with great music and hope he will when on stage, inspire this generation to leave the computer alone for a bit and get out on the street,get active as he says you and i must fight for our rights and it has to be now!
