Editorial Reviews

CD Description
Cascada's 2006 release EVERYTIME WE TOUCH delivers more of the artist's clubby electronic pop, which combines elements of disco, house, and straightforward commercial pop. The insistent, thumping tracks that back Cascada's sweet vocals wouldn't be out of place on the playlist of any mid-2000s DJ, but it's the blonde bombshell's hooky refrains that really make these tunes stick. This comes recommended to those who have enjoyed the recent work of Madonna and Cher.

Remixes, dance tracks and ballads4
If you like DHT's version of "Listen to Your Heart" and fast paced dance tracks with a Euro-pop beat, you'll like this album.

Cascada is a trio made up of singer Natalie Horler, and two producers Yanou and DJ Manian. This album contains some remakes, lots of trance and a couple of pop ballads. Most people will by now have heard the hit "Everytime We Touch", which is a remake of a 1992 hit by Maggie Reilly from her solo album "Echoes", but other great tracks are "How Do You Do!" (Roxette's 1992 hit); "Miracle"; "Bad Boy"; and "A Neverending Dream"(originally by X-Perience from 1996's "Magic Fields.")

Also on this album are versions of "Kids in America" (Kim Wilde), "Truly Madly Deeply" (Savage Garden), and "Wouldn't It Be Good" (Nik Kershaw). The lyrics are simple, the beats are catchy, and this light and breezy album is great for dancing or just chilling out with friends.

its FANTASTIC !5
A really great mix of songs with fantastic beat to them, great cover versions of Kids in America by Kim Wilde and Truely Madly Deeply by Savage Gardens. This is a must buy if u like CASCADA's single Everytime we touch then you'll love this whole album! A feel good dance album recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The BEST dance album of 2006... By a Mile! (Cascada: Here to Stay!)5
Out of all the CD's I have brought this year (and believe me, there have been alot of them) this is the one that i am the most pleased with!
Cascada burst onto the UK scene in August (2006) with the Number 2 hit 'Everytime we touch' and this is the same-titled album which it was taken from.
The album boasts dance tunes which puts the likes of Stonebridge, Flip N Fill, and Infernal to shame- there is simply not a bad song on it!
The album launches with the clubland dream 'Everytime we touch' but the quality of recordings dosent dip throughout the CD: 'A Neverending Dream' is a catchy pop/dance song which is a gauranteed hit! followed by what i think is the best track on the album - the unfairly infectious 'Bad Boy' which will have you screaming the lyrics 'Be my bad boy, be my man, be my weekend lover but dont be my friend'- Cascada- please release this! -A gauranteed number one!
There is also the original remix of 'Miricle' which again proves to be a fantastic track. There is a cover of 'Kids in America' which when i saw on the back of the box, i thought was going to be massacared- but boy, was i wrong- they have covered the track so well that i prefer it to the original!
The other cover version, is Cascada's second single- 'Truly Madly Deeply' (originally by Sacage Garden) but again, the band prove supreme as the infectious beat and soft vocals make it a pleasure to listen to.
The other single which i think really stands out is 'Ready for Love' - a dark dance/trance track, with a heavy bass, and is the sort of track that dance compilation cd makers wish for- like 'Bad Boy' the lyrics 'Youve got me deeper than deep and im constantly flying' will stick on your brain!!!
The CD consists of 14 tracks, but i cant stress enough how it is easily worth the money for the songs i have mentioned alone-
If ever a debut album has impressed me, this is it!!!
To prove a point, i actually used this CD to soundtrack my 18th birthday party, and so many people were coming up to me asking who it was by!- theres not a bad song on it!!!!!

So forget 'Clubland 10' 'Floorfillers Classics' or any of the dance compliation CDs you may be tempted to get- 'Everytime We Touch' is the only CD youll need this year! -and will be played well into 2007!

The UK love Cascada- please, give us more!!!
