Great for big Laptops/Notebooks
I have a 17" Dell laptop with a 9-cell battery. The trouble with this is the battery sticks out of the back by about an inch.

Trying to find a laptop bag big enough has been a bit of a struggle. I have actually bought 3 different bags previous which didn't fit properly. If you do not wish to waste your money on trying out bags yourself, just get this one! Simple! It fits perfectly!

The quality of the bag itself is good. My laptop is unfortunately one of the (if not, THE) heaviest I've ever encountered, but the straps feel easily strong enough to support it. You also get a shoulder strap which holds well if you prefer to use that. Additionally, there is room to store a mouse, power supply, pens, CD's etc as you would probably expect.

It's a great item. Definately get it for your large laptop.

FINALLY
Finally a bag that's advertised as suitable for 17" monitors is! I've tried loads and this is the only one that's suitable for a 17" WIDESCREEN computer.

Buyers beware
I was carrying my dell vostro 1710 widescreen laptop (17 inch) using the supplied shoulder strap and the plastic part which the strap clicks into snapped. Luckily no damage to my laptop.
I would recommend that you only use the carry handle and not the shoulder strap. The laptop fits perfectly but the plastic clips let this down.
