So much easier than reading the manual
I started from the position of having previously owned a smart conventional SLR and a basic understanding of the relationship between aperture and exposure etc. This DVD was a tremendous help in getting to know my new D-SLR. Not having to try and keep a manual open with your elbow whilst playing with the buttons is a big plus! Thoroughly recommended for anyone who has invested in the fairly expensive D80 and was starting to think 'what have I done?'
