Bought my NVU 82 August 20071
Bought my NVU 82 August 2007 as I liked the Screen size, easy to view
No Vista compatability, looped screen, same with XP as well, wrote to Sony, who never replied.
Maps well out of date,When testing,it highlighted a Petrol Station, which,to my Knowledge
has been an empty lot for at least 5,maybe even 8 years now
Has shown me driving in the solent etc etc
    Worthless Garbage

Free safety-camera subscription is TOTALLY messy!3
Free safety-camera subscription is TOTALLY messy and one can't figure out how to get it working on the device. That's been over three weeks that I bought it and the free subscription not working AT ALL. The sony website is a complete mess ... and you are just hitting a wall ... poorest ever user experience. Too frustrated ... seems like they are taking buyers for granted!

Giving this product a lower rating is lower just because of this.

not too impressed with this sat nav.took me an hour to work out how to download speed cameras.screen nice size and comes with case but no traffic alerts(i think this is extra cost).the wife found it complicated to use.after a few weeks it began playing up,finding it difficult to get a signal and a few weeks later it froze alltogether and had to be returned.
