Tomtom go 520 deluxe leather case
Total waste of money. Base not even secure, fell apart immediately. Does not look like leather and feels nothing like leather. Tom tom does not fit in! Does not close properly when tom tom is in. I even switched the tomtom on by accident trying to close it. A cheap deluxe case for double deluxe money. Do not get ripped off like me by Tomtom.

Disappointing - far from 'Deluxe'
I've had my TomTom 720 now for about two weeks and have been nothing, but staggered with how great it is.

Build quality, software usability, accuracy and styling all great.

So then I thought I'd better wrap it up in a little case to stop this fantastic little device getting damaged. TomTom have their 'Deluxe' leather case and whilst £30 seemed a little steep I thought it worth it to keep this latest gadget safe.

When the item turned up the disappointment started really. I haven't looked in detail, but if this cover is actually leather I'll be amazed. If it is it's just about the crappest, plasticy leather I've ever seen - even Daewoo wouldn't dare call this leather if they stuffed it in a Matiz!

Then onto the clasp to close it. It's two ill-fitting pieces of plastic that are poor closing when empty and a real bind to close when the TomTom's actually in the case.

Then there's the cushioning inside. It looks pretty nice and densely packed to protect the TomTom if you drop it (which is likely given the horrid vinyl-feel wrist-strap), but it doesn't look like it was really designed to fit in there - it looks more like a small child just stuffed it with a flat piece of cushion and cut out the excess (which I guess probably isn't far from the truth).

All in all a thorough disappointment. Even Sony, the master of charging for accesories, didn't charge me that much for my new camera case and for the money it was a nice supple leather, nice looking design - kind of like buying a half-decent wallet.

Shame to see TomTom fall at the final mile. Looking forward to them upping their game in this otherwise faultless product line.

TomTom 720 Deluxe case, rubbish
Everything about this product is cheap and not very cheerful, strangest leather i have ever seen. The first time i tried to force my 520 into it got me thinking i had ordered the wrong case, not so. Tom Tom switches on when i force it into the case, struggle to get it back out, very stiff interior, poor catch for flap, rubbish handstrap, storage for memory card, where? Dont waste your money
