EPIC PPV from TNA5
As I type this I have literally jsut finished watching the DVD. I bought it because I miss a lot of TNA PPV's (as it is hard for me to watch them when they are aired) and I was not dissapointed.

I won't do a match for match review but I will say that if you are a fan of TNA, this is a must have DVD for your collection. Every single match is fast-paced and solid, Add to that the fact that the crowd is mega-hyped and you have a truly awesome PPV. Highlgihts of the show for me were the King of the Mountain match, Abyss and Tomko's NoDQ brawl and the opener between LAX and Rhino/Senshi. This PPV is a prime example of why TNA is beating WWE in UK ratings.

Also on the PPV is a performance of the catchy Slammiversary theme "Boom Boom" by LoCash Cowboys, which is worth a view as it is one awesome song.

DVD extras include James Storm vs Chris Harris in their brawl from "iMPACT", footage of the TNA FanFest a Photo Gallery and a music video featuring the best moments of the first 5 years of TNA set to "Fighter" by Candlefuse.

A great PPV with some nice DVD Extras = a Five Star DVD. A msut have for any TNA/ Wrestling fan.

TNA Takes Center Stage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!4
Rhino & Senshi vs. LAX
Rhino and Senshi have no chemistry at all. But still, this match was far from boring and above average. Some real good spots, Hernandez gets to show of his strength. Senshi gets in some of his moves as well. A good back and forth match. That really got me into the ppv. 4.5/5

X-Divison Championship
Chris Sabin vs. "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal
An excellent match. Nothing bad to say about this one at all. With a great ending. Possibly my favorite on the card. 5/5

Wycheck & Jerry Lynn vs. Jason Storm & Truth
A very short match. Decent, nothing really special. Except for a very funny segment Storm and Truth did to get into Wycheck's head. Other than that just average, with the Truth sporting his way overused move list in the beginning. No wonder wwe dropped his a55. 3/5

Bob Backlund vs. Alex Shelley
This match surprised me. Backlund seems more fit and he is much stronger than Ric Flair at this age. The match was very short, but I still liked it. I thought the ending was cool too and it just might lead to something more. 3.5/5

VKM vs. Basham & Damaja w/ Christy Hemme
Christy is still on her mission to smash the VKM. This match started out as a brawl. Again not too long and nothin really special. The ending just added more to the future storyline. 3/5

Freedom Match
Robert Roode w/ Ms. Brooks vs. Eric Young
The stipulation is if Eric wins he gains his freedom. If he loses then he's fired. A very good match with a funny spot. Eric literally strips Ms. Brooks. You see her A55! The match was alright. An additional segment takes place but I won't spoil that for those who haven't seen this. 5/5

Tag Team Championship
Team 3D vs. Rick Steiner & Animal(LOD)
Originally it was supposed to be the Steiners. Scott suffered an injury and couldn't participate. So Animal took his place. He seriously looks like he doesn't go to the gym at all anymore. Nothing special in this match either. And I just didn't see them giving the belts to Rick and Animal anyway. 3/5

Sting vs. Christopher Daniels
The storyline leading up to this was stupid. The match was not very good but the entrance of sting made it good, as the fan's cheer for sting, he coming down from the ceerling on a zip wire. But with this match iget the felling of thaat neither man care's about the match because they do nothing good to each other. We all know that the "Fallen Angel" is capable of a whole lot. And Sting is not what he used to be. I didn't care for this match too much at all. Nothing really special here either. 2.5/5

Abyss vs. Tomko
This match was the sleeper. It was very brutal. The usual stuff was bought into play. Thumbtacks, broken glass, barbwired bat, and the basic brawl with some good slams. At one point of the bout, Tomko falls 25 feet from a scaffold and right threw loads of boxes. A couple of sick spots with a pretty good finish as Abyss does the blackhole slam onto tomko and right onto BROKEN GLASS 5/5

King of the Mountain Match
Kurt Angle vs. Christian vs. Samoa Joe vs. Chris Harris vs. AJ Styles
Without a doubt the best match on the card. Some sick punishment is dealt out in this. Lots of cool spots. Everybody got a chance to shine in this one. At one point, Aj and Joe fight ontop of the penalty box and then joe throws AJ off it and right threw a table. My favorite match. 5/5

Some of the matches are hit or miss. I dont think this ppv would be considered a classic. Its not a classic to me. But then again, It is not that bad either. I am going to be nice and give this PPV a big fat 8/10 Well done TNA yet again another good and solid PPV
