Awesome second album5
I loved Steriogram's first album and this second album is just as good-if not better than the first- theres also a few cool suprises at the end of the album- road trip live is a real treat. Steriogram haven't changed their style of music either, which im fed up with some bands doing lately e.g Bloc Party, Linkin Park- if your a fan of the first album, get this you wont be dissapointed.

...pop/punk with a spring in the heels...3
You may remember Steriogram. They briefly crossed over into the world of popular culture back in 2004 when one of their songs was used in an early ipod campaign. 'Walkie Talkie Man' was the song, and it sneaked into the UK Top 20, just before 'the man' destroyed the lingering excitement surrounding the charts. Me, I chiefly remember wanting to amend the spelling of their name.

So, I'm not entirely sure how much of the world has been rocking back and forth, keening for a new Steriogram album. But, those who have will be absolutely delighted by this. For sure, it's fairly generic pop/punk but those taken by the bouncier side of said genre will find a handful of songs here to keep a spring in their heels for quite some time.

They do fire off their best shot first time out as opening track 'Get Up' is absolutely fantastic, replete with added Killing Joke value from guest howler jaz Coleman. Off into the body of the album, fans of the 'hit' will find comfort in 'Just Like You', but spare a listen to the boogie-blues-punk of 'Satan Is A Lady', another gem.
