Stability?? Ooooh errr!
I'm really glad I bought this product, I got it along with the resistance cord and sculpting ball and I think all 3 are really brilliant. I didn't realise that the DVD included with each kit would be so brilliant. They are all 30 minute proper Firm workouts and they live up to the high Firm standard. I found the stability ball workout quite difficult as it is soooo hard to balance on the ball, I think it takes a bit of practice! They make it look so easy, I seem to go from one end of my living room to the other and the girls manage to stay in the same place! I don't think this one worked me as hard as the sculpting ball one but its still a really good workout, it was manageable for me as a break from the sculpting ball as my muscles were still a bit sore.

One thing to mention is that the ball sizes co-ordinate with your height, I actually ordered the 55cm ball to save money but the 55cm is meant for people from 5'0 to 5'5, people that are between 5'6 and 5'11 get the 65cm and if you're 6ft to 6'3 get the 75cm (as recommended on the side of the box and not on amazon.co.uk). It hasn't really made a difference to me even though I'm 5'8, I don't find the ball too small, if anything it's a tad lighter!

The ball is well worth getting, if not for the funky glittery ball colours then for the DVD, which if sold on its own would be worth a tenner at least so ultimately these packs are great value! Would definitely recommend :-)

DVD won't work!!!
I was really happy with the stability ball. It was easy to inflate and the right size - I quite like the bright green!

However, the DVD won't work in my area and this is because it is classified for use in North America. So disappointing! I've spoken to Amazon and, although they were very helpful and understanding, they don't stock a UK version. I've asked them to make it clearer on their website about the DVD format and the potential problems people may have playing it just to try and inform people before they buy this item.

Great buy!
I bought the pink 55cm stability ball to add to my exercise regime.
It came with a dvd (which I did not expect) and a pump.
The pump works fine and the ball does its purpose and I am pleased with it.
I watched the dvd, and as the previous reviewer writes, some of the exercises were difficult and I also think it requires some practicing.

I am happy with the pink ball but I would consider buying if I had to go for the purple or the green one.
So I am rating it as 4 stars.
The price is reasonable and I would recommend.
