Welcome To The Mater-National Grand Prix!
Cars: Mater National is the second and bonus game released for consoles, some fans have abbreviate the game to Cars 2, or Cars 2: Mater National.

Our story starts like this. The success of Radiator Springs was high, and Mater decided to host a brand new Racing Show called the Mater-National Grand Prix! This event was for all racing cars worldwide to combine together and race each other for reputation, prizes and trophies! His friend, our main player Lightning McQueen was also due to be placed in the Grand Prix's. However, racers will acquire practice first before the big Stadium and Grand Prix races, and even Lightning could do with some too!

If you have played the original Cars game (2006), you will have noticed that the game play, environment and most of the features in that game have been taken and used again in this sequel. Cars: Mater National has brand new events, races and challenges for you to do, some of them you may recognise from the Cars game!

Unfortunately in my opinion though, I didn't find this game as good as the first! Mater-National has improved the camera quality, and that was a problem in the first Cars game, but the music has gone really buggy and sometimes the music can have problems when playing the game. Some sound issues can be noticed in the game as well. Meanwhile, whilst the original had a little fix, Cars: Mater National doesn't have an update on the XBox 360 Version at this time!

The XBox 360 Version of Cars: Mater National has a total of 16 Achievements with a grand total of 1000 Gamerscore Points! This game actually has one extra achievement from its procedure, as Cars (2006) has 15 Achievements on the XBox 360 Version. Like the original, all achievements can be earned online or offline, whether or not you have XBox Live!

My Personal Game Score: 7.5/10: Great, Entertaining, Challenging

My Wish: A update to the game which improves its sound quality and music, and possibly a update that makes the game slightly more better!

Final Comments: If you have enjoyed the first Cars game then there's no reason why you shouldn't try this version of the game. However, because of its sound problems, I didn't find this one pretty good as the first! Avoid this one if you didn't enjoy the first, and if you are after 1000 easy achievements, then look no further than this! This is also fun for children as well!
