What a load of rubbish
This product is way over priced and does not perform as per the manufacturers description. No matter what channel you tune into, you can constantly hear the back ground hiss. I have since heard cheaper models that far outstrip this product for much cheaper.

I bought three as Christmas presents, I'm sorry John Lewis, you're getting the whole load back. I am surprised you stock this item which is only suitable for the 'pound shop'.

I didn't even want to give a 'one star' rating but I was obliged to.

this product is rubbish. not only is it rubbish but it is expensive rubbish.no matter how many frequencys i tune into you still get a crackle noise which is very annoying.i did have an early version of a radio transmiter that i gave to my brother and it was miles better than this junk.how i wish i had kept it.

Agree with all other latest - rubbish!!!
I bought this after i found nothing but good reviews on Amazon!!!!!!But anyway, tried this out for just over 1 week now, its junk. My Griffin unit gave a crystal clear signal, this thing, nothing but crackling and background noise on all frequency. The quick optimum search (note is supposed to find the clearest channel!) well, it tunes into a main stream commercial station everytime. Its so bad I'm trying for refund. Build quality is very good though, thats the only good thing I can say about this product. It is otherwise useless. DO NOT buy it!!!!!!
