Manufacturer's Description
Lily never thought this day would change her life. The rich and treacherous banker Rud Van Guiness was going to seize her family ranch! She was also far from imagining that she would meet Grant, the famous horse whisperer, that she would save the ranch from bankruptcy by winning several riding competitions and that she would meet Liam to fight against the violent methods used by the Van Guiness clan.
Play as Lily and develop an amazing relationship with your horses in order to overthrow the Guiness clan’s plans and save your ranch.

From a kids point of view!
My mum got me this wii game for my birthday this year! I have to say it is the best wii game I own! The graphics are not that bad at all. Everything is really realistic, you get to help out on the farm (help herding chickens) and you get to look after your own horses which you can breed. The controls are kind of hard to get use to at first but when you've got the hang of things it's easy! Once you've got your first new foal you can start training it when it's grown up!
Hope this makes you buy this game!
Better than the rest of the series
Being honest, I detested all but the first of the Pippa Funnell games; I bought this thinking that maybe I'd like a console version better and it exceeded my expectations quite nicely. The controls can sometimes be difficult and frustrating, but they're good when they work.
I found the easiness of the 'tasks' quite laughable, as were the accents of some of the 'rich' characters, but in a good, cheesy way. The only difficult part was trying to find my horse after we parted company doing the orienteering event.
The only peeve I have is about the horses themselves - I love the way they've been rendered (slightly cartoony, but not outrageously so), but winning a new one after every contest seems too much. I ended up with a stablefull of horses and yet you can only concentrate on one or two during the game. And what kind of competition organisers state you can only ride a certain breed, when it's only cross country/steeplechase/show jumping anyway?
I do like the training games, though. The countryside of the game is beautiful and there are plenty of jumps to pop over. A nice touch is the horse getting scared, and bolting if you don't soothe them in time, such as when you go through the bat's cave near the beach.
Overall I thought it was a great game; there is room for improvement but isn't there always? If there's a sequel I'd like to see longer-lasting weather effects that actually affect the 'going' or at least your horse's behaviour, maybe the option of breeding your homebred horses together, and also being able to choose what your first horse looks like. Bay is boring!
best game ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mum bought me this game of amazon, and its the best game that i have ever played,I am compleatly pony/horse mad so i just had to buy this game, you play as a young girl named lilly(the bad thing is that you cannot change the gender of you charactor) and you have 1 horse to start of with, you first learn how to care for your horse and the controls for the game(on foot and riding)then you go out for a ride and you meet a horse whisperer named grant, who gives you a freisian foal to look after, as you return home you and dylan(your uncle)have a rude incounter with rud vanguinness(the enemy) who say's that the ranch is in debt and if you do not have the money, he will take the ranch and the horses! so you set of on a quest to save the ranch by entering and winning competitions(on the freisian that grant gave you), the game is pretty straight forward you train, do local competitions and then do the international competitions, were rud always has some sort of plan to stop you from winning(wich is easy to solve), once you have one the competitions you get another horse and you can then breed two together(providing its a male and female) and create offspring, the game is fun and highly adictive, their is little minigames(put the chikens in the shed ect...) wich keep you on your toes,And an exiting stroy line to follow, i love this game and would reccomend it to any horse or pony lover, 5/5 stars.
