2 SCART connectors for connecting your TV and other source

2 SCART sockets allow you to connect to 2 devices at the same time. One for the TV, and the other either to a recording product (e.g. VCR or DVD recorder) for recording of TV programs, or to a video playback device (e.g. DVD player or Blu-ray player). Simply connect the SCART sockets on the product to the SCART socket on the desired devices, by a SCART cable. Video signals would then pass through onto the other device for viewing or recording.

Gliches glore
Got this digibox as my old one blew up! It worked OK for a couple of weeks and then started to hide the programme info on a regular basis... the text becomes corrupt and you have to switch it off and on again. It also manages to 'short' my TV whilst doing this which puts itself on standby!

Added to that it seems to have problems with certain signals - I tried using a signal booster but that had not effect at all!

Letdown
Signal is ok but remote stops working sometimes and i have to switch box off and back on to rectify.On screen display/programme guide is poor too.
Not sure if it is worth £30.

Pure tack
I wish I had read the reviews on amazon before wasting ~£30 on this. I have experienced the same issues as described by everyone else within one week of buying it. The technical problems aside, there is not one impressive feature about the box. Both build quality and interface is very poor. Perhaps the technical faults are due to reception rather than the box itself and would affect all brands? I dont know but if so, I would recommend doing more research into finding a better quality box with a better user friendly navigation. At this price there is no need to make watching tv a tacky experience.
Good for sources such as Amazon where consumers could do their research before buying.
