Workout is ok, but instructor is terrible and annoying!
It may only be my opinion, but I bought this DVD in good faith for trying to stick to a fun workout routine. The dancing itself isnt what I expected (its not really dancing) but its ok. You do feel a good work out and I had to stop for breaths!

The only problem is the instructor does go really fast even though he repeats the steps. You are left trying to figure out how to do a move when the instructor is telling you the next one. Its very very easy to get lost.

The main reason why I will be giving my DVD away to a friend, is that the instructor is possibly the most annoying, smug, arrogant and dirty looking man I have ever seen. I want to see the instructor looking good not swinging his hips and looking stupid.

This DVD isn't for me. Please watch the video before you buy it!

Very Good Workout Defo Works.
I've Just Done The Warm Up And The Tone Up And I Can Feel It Working, It Is The Best So Far.

Pretty good pump it up workout, though I'm little bit confused (since I started this workout) when a choregrapher did it a little bit to fast and a little bit off the beat as well.

Awesome girls from the Ministry of Sound music videos I recognise and an amusing, amazing choregrapher Gareth Walker!

I only did Warm it up, Tone it up section, Dancemix 1 and then I did a cool it off section which is pretty cool.

I'm very satisfied with this DVD and I like it so far! :)
