One of His best
I don't know why some thought this performance poor. No doubt that this is some of his best stuff. If you liked him before you'll definately like this DVD.
Funniest DVD on the market
Well, it just goes to show that you can't please everyone. Here I was about to write a glowing review of Billy's latest - and I see all those earlier comments, slagging it off good and proper. All I can say is that this is the only DVD I have ever watched where I actually had to pause the thing in order to avoid personal injury. My wife and I, and the friends we were watching with, were all laughing so hard that anything from a cracked rib to cardiac arrest might easily have ensued were it not for the blessed relief of the remote control. All hail to the mighty Billy - definitely worth adding to the collection.
What a let down.
I am so used to laughing until I cry at Billy's comedy. What has happened?
At first I thought it was because I was quite put off by his out and out racism near the start - he showed his true colours which was very sad, disappointing.
No Billy, you of all people should know, a joke is only a joke if done with good humor, not with malicious intent, so stop jumping on the band wagon and using that old excuse over the cartoon! And you badly need some research into politics and foreign policy.
However, after putting that aside and hoping he would get into his usual comedy stride but to no avail - the odd giggle but no side splitting bouts at all.In fact, tedious is a word that came to mind on more than one occasion.
Like the Osbournes, he is definitely too up his own these days and has lost touch with the down to earth observations and stories that we all loved him for.
