Product Description

Housewives' favourite and eternally youthful national treasure Cliff Richard's career continues well into its sixth decade with 'Love - The Album', a collection of standards and originals alongside more contemporary cover versions. Versions of 'Miss You Nights' (which he previously recorded with defunct crossover band G4), 'When You Say Nothing At All' and even Daniel Bedingfield's 'If You're Not The One' see Cliff retaining a contemporary focus. 'Love - The Album' continuesRichard's mission to score a number one single in every decade of his career.

Customer Reviews

Boring!1
I cannot think of a more boring & uninteresting collection of songs that would have a larger snooze factor than this one.

Wearing Thin...1
I am a fan, and have nearly all of his recordings. But I can't bring myself to buy this one. This project seems like a thin effort to get more product out there with no regard for the integrity of the artist or the obvious "let's force everybody to buy 'Miss You Nights' (and others) again." With all the talented songwriters around, do we need another version of "When I Need You"? (It's a good song. Leave it alone.) To be honest I also passed on the "Duets" album. The authentic Cliff is being allowed to drift away in favor of these mediocre recordings (yes, I heard them even if I didn't buy them!).

Here Comes Cliff Again!!1
I've not got this album but i've seen the advert and that is enough. Every year in time for xmas you can be sure Cliff will release more dross. Give it up Cliff and give my ear drums a rest.
