Thery are buds, they fit.5
Bought as last-chance replacements for my Philips SBC-HN060 Philips SBC HN060 Noise Reduction Headphones .

These fit better than the Philips OEM ones and while needing a little pursuasion to go on, do not wantonly fall off again.

Ear buds seem to be like biros - they spontaneously disappear and are never seen again. These fit well on my MM50 iPhone speakers as well as (presumably) the intended CX300s which are closely related. It's useful to have plenty of spares, and these appear to be good quality replacements. Certainly recommended.
