Product Description

This is not just a workout but an entire lifestyle change. Hi I'm Rebecca Wheatley. You may not recognise me but I was Amy the receptionist in Casualty. That was 12 stone ago and back when I was a size 32! In just 27 months I've dropped half my body weight and become a size 12/14 by following Slimming World's eating plan and taking up exercise for the first time ever. Now that exercise is part of my life and I'm a new me, we've put together this workout DVD which will get you moving, burn fat and help you feel great. It's for real people like me of all shapes, sizes and ability. The great thing is you can do all of the workout or just choose one or two sections if you don't have as much time - it's designed for those of us with busy lives! But this isn't just a workout DVD - it also contains the Slimming World eating plan that I've so successfully followed with loads of ideas for meals and snacks that will help you get started. I also share my story of how I did it - it's all about eating sensibly, never going hungry, enjoying food and getting moving. Believe me it works! I have so much more energy, a brand new physical confidence, less stress and I even sleep better! I never thought that I'd say this but exercise is part of my life I really enjoy. And if I can do it you can too! GOOD LUCK!!

The no personality workout1
This was a snorefest from the start. Her trainer has no personality and they have no rapport. Rebecca looks like this is the first time she has done the workout and there is no witty repartee between them.
The pace is incredibly easy and would suit, overweight, unfit, pregnant or disabled people but it is so boring and rpetitive that I wouldn't even bother.

Encouraging!5
I got this in the post today and started it straight away. I am unfit and the pace suited me well. It is ideal for overweight and/or unfit people. The pace is gentle but effective, and I had a good sweat going by the end. Rebecca is very normal and realistic, and not some bimbo in Lycra. It makes you feel you can do it too. Good woman yourself!
I agree that the food section is like an advert for Slimming world, but at least it acknowledges that diet and exercise go hand in hand. wonderful for beginners as isn't threatening in any way. I am even looking forward to doing it again tomorrow. And that is a bit of a shock for me. Buy it now!

For beginners, very unfit people or people with a lot of weight to lose3
I am currently 7 months pregnant, unfit and overweight and I dont feel like I'm having a workout until well over half way into the DVD. I can imagine that anyone vaguely fit is going to be put to sleep by this DVD. Its probably great though if you are VERY unfit or have A LOT of weight to lose. I think they should have made that clear.
Also, I find the instructor a bit hard to follow at points, he never really makes it clear what the next movements are before he starts. So I have to stop for a second to work out what we are now supposed to be doing!
The nutrition part is just an advert for Slimming World, they dont give you enough information to follow the plan yourself, but give you just enough info to get you interested in Slimming World classes.
