How fantastic a workout I really enjoy5
Just thought I'd share this with anyone.
I've just done my first workout of this DVD and I'd like to say I've found one I really enjoy. The music is great and really gets you in the mood for exercising. Ranging from up to date chart music to early 80's so great for ladies of around 30 upwards I reckon. It's great for targetting specific areas as the sections are designed for just that.
Coleen looks great and is an inspiration for anyone of her former shape/size and also with the bigger bust is a great role model for ladies of a similar problem, as I can appreciate completely.
I just want to say that along with giving you a good workout it actually doesn't make you drip with sweat, which most before have done, but feels like you've done just enough to feel good and didn't make me want to go raid the cupboard for food afterwards!
I really rate this and recommend it to anyone who wants a fun workout.

really easy to follow!5
got this on boxing day and have to say really like it, like coleen im fuller busted but want to be smaller hipped! I can see how she got into such great shape from this as altho its easy to follow its not soft, there are 3 choices so you can follow either rosemary, coleen or another workout girl and each of them is doing a variation on the workout ie soft, medium and hard, music is really good too, proper names singing clasics, none of that fake music. over all I'm going to give this a proper go and having done it for a few days now already feel a bit trimmer!

You'll stick with this one5
Would thoroughly recommend this dvd for a very good all over toning workout with a bit of aerobics thrown in - i've done it 5 times now and am seeing results aleady - and that's without dieting. It is not a strenuous workout but if you are 30/40 plus and starting to sag a bit then this will hold things at bay for you! It's a very enjoyable format, good music, simple easy to follow routines with a bit of before and after footage thrown in. There are different sections to pick and choose, but I have been doing the whole thing, lasts about 1 hour 15 minutes. One good thing is that there are lots of stretches, etc, which prevent you from pulling muscles. normally when I do exercise I spend the first few days in agony but no problems with this dvd - and that is not because it is easy!! Go on and buy it .... it'll do you good and you are likely to still be doing it in a few months time - unless you are a very serious exerciser looking for a strenuous workout you will not be disappointed!!
