This can be anything you need it to be! Excellent!
Don'e be put off by some of the negative comments and reviews on this dvd. Some find it too hard, some too easy, some think the aerobic section is too short/easy etc. I have loads of dvd workouts and I love this one, as I can use it for a short workout with 10 minutes of fat burning and 10-20 of toning, if I am having a tired day. On an energetic day I can do the full dvd and I usually repeat the aerobics fat burner. You can break into a good sweat with the aerobics section, if you turn the whole thing into high intensity and jump on just about every move (especially the hopscotch move which if you jump with the leg that isn't curling, on each move, it will really give you a good cardio workout). Alternatively, if you are new to exercise or you are feeling tired, following Rosemary or Colleen will give you a much easier workout.
I also use it for when I am trying to concentrate on toning and there are four sections for toning and bigger muscles means faster metabolism, so a day off the aerobics and a day of toning is always a good thing. The upper body section is particularly good and you can make this harder by increasing the weight of your hand weights and also if you are becoming really fit you can skip or jog every time Rosemary tells you to march, this can be applied to all sections and then you really burn off fat throughout.
All in all this is a very versatile workout and it is totally down to you how easy/hard it is and you can get exactly what you need from it.
Using this, along with many of Rosemary's dvd's and others, I have lost over three stone and gone down by 5 dress sizes, plus my fitness is the best it has ever been!
Okay if you own a dance studio!
I was really looking forward to trying this DVD and couldn't wait to see the results. However, I was really disappointed when I tried to do it but found that as my living room was an average size and not the size of a dance studio I couldn't comfortably do the exercises without bumping into furniture. I also found it really irritating the way Rosemary's fellow exercisers (particularly the lady on the left) seemed to have stuck on smiles and fixed expressions, we all know we do not smile like that when exercising! I am really impressed with how Coleen has lost so much weight and this was one of the things that inspired me to buy the DVD seeing a real women who has had kids get the results but there is no way that the picture on the front cover of Coleen has not been airbrushed you can clearly see when she is exercising that she is not that toned or slim and it's a shame that they portrayed her this way. Personally I shall continue with Davina McCall's Power of 3 DVD where she is herself and reallistically sweats and pulls faces when exercises just like the rest of us!

This DVD ACTUALLY WORKS!! I did not think it would but having done it about 10 times - I see a big difference in my figure. I feel much fitter. I have lost 2 inches round my waist, really toned up my tummy and chest and my legs. To say I was sceptical when I bought this is an understatement cos no fitness dvd has ever worked for me before. This one is different. Follow what Rosemary says. Do exactly as she says and it works. I now do this dvd every day and go for walks. I am nearly 44 but I feel as if I am 24 again. I am now a massive R.C. fan. Thank you Rosemary. Like another reviewer said, you dont start to sweat buckets but you do tone up and lose fat yet it is actually quite easy to do and you can follow Rosemary, Coleen or the young fit 28 year old. Brilliant. Buy it.
