good package but the only let down is
over all a very good package, a full history of the band doing what they do best live . but the version or ride on sang by brain was a let down . so sorry but that song should be left to bon . he be turning in hs grave

Plug Me In Again
The quality of this is variable - but lets face it some of these are period pieces for people to see what they were like when they were truely awesome when Bon Scott was at the helm - who would have known they were going to become as big as they have.
I was lucky and saw them and this brought back a lot of memories.
The only complaint is that some of it is incomplete e.g. just a couple of songs from a program when it actually went on for 30 or 45 minutes. Beggars can't be choosers and I still loved it.

plug me out!!
When AC/DC released the family jewels DVD i thought about time the worlds greatest heavy rock band released a compilation of videos and rare footage..so i was suprised to hear of the up coming release of plug me in!(no suprise that christmas is just around the corner!!) anyway as a true fan i pre ordered my copy!! What a let down!! some of the footage is just embarrassing! black and white 'fuzzy' film taken by either roadies or fans with primative cameras.. there are of course great bits in here especially the jamming session with the stones..the re-production tickets and back stage passes are a bit tacky! but the highway to hell poster is worth frameing! AC/DC have a huge loyal fan base..many of whom have probably never had the privilage to see them live so why do the band continue to milk them dry with re mastered CD's vinal box sets and endless DVD's when what they should be doing is getting off their backsides and doing what they do best! seems to me that they have turned into the very corporate monster they sang about in 'rock n roll aint noise pollution'
