Synopsis
In 2007, stand-up comedian Ross Noble took his unique brand of humour Down Under. The result is FIZZY LOGIC, a live show recorded in front of a rapturous Aussie audience.

About the Actor
Geordie Stand-Up Ross has been performing since he was smuggled in to his local comedy club at the age of 15. Licensing laws meant that immediately after his slot he had to leave through the kitchen - but he has never looked back. In the past years since, Ross has become known as a truly exciting and genuinely original performer and has received huge critical acclaim. He is a former Perrier Award nominee, Barry Award, and Time Out award winner for best live stand-up. Since August 1999 Ross has unveiled a new show each year, following that years classic Perrier award nominated 'Laser Boy', with 'Chickenmaster' (2000 - 2001), 'Slackers Playtime' (2001 - 2002), 'Sonic Waffle' (2002 - 2003), 'Unrealtime' (2003 - 2004), 'Noodlemeister' (2004 - 2005), 'Randomist' (2005-2006), and 'Fizzy Logic' (2006 - 2007). Each year and each show has seen Noble's live following grow to the point where he has been the best-selling show at both the Edinburgh Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival on more than one occasion. His shows have transferred to London and Sydney each year since 2003 and venues have grown in size to accommodate his ever-growing audience. Ross Noble is now perhaps the most successful cult comedian of our time, with a loyal fanbase derived largely from the 'word-of-mouth' recommendations of those having seen him perform live. Ross chooses to rarely be seen on TV and rejects most offers, essentially because he is always touring, which he prefers to the idea of any scripted performances. Exceptions over the past years include (in Australia) 'Thank God You're Here', 'Rove Live', 'The Panel', and 'Spicks and Specks' and (in the UK) on 'Friday Night With Jonathan Ross', 'Room 101', and 'Jack Dee Live at the Apollo.' In spring 2007 Ross featured in Channel 4 Televisions 'Worlds 100 Greatest Stand-Up's' with the audience vote placing Ross 10th. Ross has also made about 7 guest appearances on BBC 1's 'Have I Got News For You', and makes regular contributions to BBC Radio 4's 'Just a Minute' and 'I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue'. In Australia he regularly guests on ABC Radio and other networks whenever he's available and asked. Ross' worldwide travels as a stand-up have been the subject of his own BBC Radio 4 series 'Ross Noble Goes Global'. 'Undoubtedly one of the finest comedians to break through during the last decade' Evening Standard

Ross Noble...he's the maaaan!5
Well, i have to say i've been a big Ross Noble fan ever since i bought Unrealtime. I'm pleased to say that this is also an excellent DVD! I would however say that having watched the main feature, then watching the documentary, i actually laughed more at the material in the documentary!

That's not to say the main feature isn't good, i really enjoyed it. I think perhaps for me though, i prefer watching shorter sections of his shows; also in the documentary i think he's great at just walking round places and making funny comments about them!

In conclusion i highly recommend this DVD as it's full of bonus features (another SIX extra shows included!) and will make you laugh.

Ross Noble - Complete GENIUS5
Ross Noble is the best comedian I have ever encountered. Got this DVD for Christmas, after not really having heard of Noble before. I was suprised at quite how fantastic it is!
I watch alot of stand-up comedy. I love loads of stuff from Lee Mack, Dara O Brien and Sean Lock to Jasper Carrott, Peter Cook and Live Monty Python, but nothing compares to Noble.
The main feature is over 2 hours long, and although it can get tiring to watch constantly, if you take a break at the end of the first half, you will enjoy the rest far more.
This DVD set is packed full of another 4 hours of brilliant comedy, and this adds to the experience of the main show much more.
Noble is a very 'on-the-spot' comedian, he spends most of the show talking to the audience and joking with them. He can't stay on the one story or anecdote for long before he goes back to talking about something they mentioned earlier. However this is all part of it, and never gets tedious or boring.
The main show in this set features a huge section about a man with a beard, and a toy wolf. This never gets boring, as Noble remains so energetic throughout.
It is very long for a stand up show, but it never feels too long, and I never wanted it to end.
If you want hours of comedy to cheer you up, a likeable comedian, and a great audience, this is ideal.
I will watch this over and over again, and never tire of the brilliance of Ross Noble.
If you buy this, I guarantee you wont be dissapointed. He is GENIUS.

Ross Noble is a true genius.5
I am fortunate enough to have seen this man live a number of times. The first time was by chance, in a small show in Brecon, Wales, during his Randomist tour. We were given free tickets by the vendor after an unfortunate accident on their premises and I have to say, going to see him was the best decision we made. The show had us all in hysterics from beginning to end.
Needless to say, after that we searched for him online and soon enough, his Fizzy Logic tour was announced. With a much larger venue booked in Cardiff, the audience was much larger. Luckily, we were first to book and my group of loyal Noble fans had the first 3 rows of the venue booked out. FRONT ROW SEATS! Unfortunately, about 5 days before the show I had an accident at a University leaving do, and broke my ankle.. thus arriving at the show on crutches, along with a friend with a sling on his arm who had crashed his motorcycle.
Finally, this year we saw him again. Twice. Once in Cardiff, and then again in Swansea. Neither show was the same, though there were maybe 2 topics repeated, but not in the same way.

Ross Noble is the funniest man alive, and I will continue to see him every year that I can. And I'll still buy the DVDs, because no matter how many times I see him, the footage on the DVD will never be the same as the show I watched.

PS. I was at the Lee Evans XL tour in Cardiff too, and you even see me and my boyfriend on the DVD... but that was nowhere near as funny as any of the Ross Noble shows I have been to.
