How to Get the Most out of your BRUGO Mug:

1. Tighten until guide marks are aligned		2. Choose a setting by turning dial to Lock, Tip and Cool or Sip. (Dial may feel tight. After 30 seconds, the beverage will warm the mechanism and it will turn easily)

How can I make sure I am using the mug correctly? Here are some quick tips that will help you get the most out of your Brugo mug: IMPORTANT: Tighten the lid until the small hash marks on the front of the mug and the lid are aligned. In the "tip and cool" position, tip the mug directly away from you for 2 seconds at about a 45-degree angle and swirl the mug with a brandy motion. The "tip and cool" setting is designed to work best when the mug is completely full. Once the mug is 3⁄4 or less full, use the "sip" setting. By this time the main beverage should have reached a palatable temperature. Is the Brugo mug dishwasher safe? We do not recommend that you use your Brugo mug in the dishwasher. Is the Brugo mug leak proof? The Brugo mug is a travel mug and not a thermos flask therefore it is spill proof. It is designed to be used at the home in the office or on the go in the car. It is not designed to be thrown in a bag and stored upside down.

Useless, absolutely useless.
This is a terrible product. It delivers microscopic amounts of luke warm coffee only after you have expended considerable energy sucking on the thing. And then it spills it for you. Frankly you would be better off using a cup and saucer.

And now I notice they have added huge amounts of instructions and diagrams designed to tell you, the consumer, how to use what is essentially a cup. Doesn't that tell you all you need to know? Can you really justify buying something that needs that amount of instruction to enable you to drink a cup of coffee? Honestly. What has the world come to?

Was Dissapointed Expected More
I love my coffee and was looking for a new mug because my old one had died a death. Came across this and thought what a really cool idea, even though it cost more double price of a normal thermal mug the advantages out weighed the cost. Received it today and brewed my coffee and it does what is says it does but the chamber is very small so when it says you get a sip it really is a sip the chamber does not go all the way across the mug as seen in their promotional material but around the top so can't hold very much. Its a good idea but does not live up to the marketing material but then what does these days. I had planned on buying a few for gifts for a couple of friends but have now decided against it. It might be that I just need to get used to it. I don't think it is a bad product just not as good as I expected. I was not sure whether to give it a 3 or a 4. Ended up as a 4 because it does what is says but not as well as I expected

Cool Colour
If you're one of those people (like me) who are forever making yourself a coffee...and forgetting it whilst you're ironing, watching tv or tapping away on your computer and the cup of steaming coffee goes cold...then this is the mug for you. If I'm honest I did find it a little strange to drink from initially but now I wouldn't be without my brugo. The mug can fit nearly 2 mugfulls of liquid in, ideal for that caffeine fix ! I've used in it the car and found it to be leakproof.
