Almost there!!
Ah, why do these compilations always have 3 or 4 you don't recognise, even though I spent the 70s with my ear glued to my transistor radio and Radio 1? I am hoping they plan a second compilation because there's loads missing that were real favourites at the time - wish they'd included these instead of the unknown tracks. Apart from that, sigh... I'm 14 again... (mind you, JEANS ON was in the charts when I was in the 6th form...

Practically perfect
This would be a 5-star perfect release review were it nor for the utterly inexplicable inclusion of that awful Boomtown Rats track. It was from a completely different era and it shows. Otherwise there are so many superb tracks on here: Touch Too Much! Goodbye Sam Hello Samantha! WOW!!!!!!

Back in flares ...
Got this in my Christmas stocking .. what a little cracker!! Basically, songs from my (early) teens evoking so many memories.
I can't see this CD appealing to anyone other than 40-somethings who grew up with The Bay City Rollers and co; but hey, there must be plenty of you out there!
Highly recommended!!
