For Expert Dancers only
I bought this DVD as I was considering going to hiphop/streetdance classes, and thought it would help me build up my fitness beforehand.
However, its far too difficult for a beginner, and doesn't explain how to actually do the moves (some are quite complex!)
All they show you is a person in a dance studio performing the moves so that you can follow them. Sounds simple, but its not, trust me! Its very difficult to figure out how they actually carry out some moves, and I found myself having to rewind several times, and occasionly zoom to the feet to figure it out!!
I would recommend this only to experienced dancers, not for beginners!!
It was so difficult to use, I'm considering sending it back, as I've become very frustrated with it!!

Very dissapointed.Two very long routines, two dancers who really look like they have better things to be doing.Not value for money I'm afraid.
