Customer Reviews

Excellent wheel5
This is my 1st time ever using any type of steering wheel on a gaming console and i have to say that i am now converted. This is a very well made wheel and is superb fun. Much better than using buttons :o)

Great Wheel!5
I bought this wheel to use on GT5 Prologue on the PS3, and have not been disappointed with the quality. The force feedback is excellent, and the 900 degrees turning circle is very effective. The item feels sturdy, and the carpet grip system on the pedals is superb. My old PS2 wheel (which doesn't work with GT5) used to cause me no end of problems with the pedals slowly creeping across the carpet during a race. But this set don't budge even slightly. It's much easier to be precise with the wheel, and it's an absolute essential to get the most out of games like Gran Turismo.

At last a proper steering wheel.5
I have always hated gaming steering wheels, not one of them worked realistically. No matter how much I persevered I simply could not get used to how sensetive they were.

Then came along this steering wheel. 900deg of rotation...like a steering wheel in a real car...3 turns lock to lock...like in a real car. If you thought Gran Turismo was realistic, this steering wheel takes it to the next level of realism. In my opinion then next level beyond this would be an air bag deploying when you crash :-)

All aspects of this steering wheel are perfect, the only negative I would say is that the motors are a little noisy but then that is me being a bit pedantic.

Another key aspect I like, when you are hammering down the start finish straight in a Nissan GTR, braking at the last minute, the last thing you need is for the pedals moving when you are hard on the brakes, not with this set up. Logitechs unique carpet grip system ensures the pedals do not move. Incidently whilst I am on the subject of braking, the pedals are like in a real car where the accelerator is light and free whereas the brake pedal has resistance, the harder you press, the harder the car brakes.

All in all, if you can't afford the G25, then go for this one, there are no compromises, this is an amazing wheel, the G25 is more amazing.
