Pilate 10 minute solution collection
Overall a good value for money collection (I'm saving the pre-natal pilates for when i need it) Rapid results and pilates segments are very good and make you work target areas straight away.

Just note that Slim & Sleek pilates DOES NOT come with the resistance band! so I'm having to purchase one of those seperatley, would be better if came with the dvd as i believe if you purchase the slim & sleek dvd seperatley it comes with the band!

Excellent collection!!
I bought this collection as all the 10 minute solution dvds had great reviews.. and so this was a cheaper investment... and i'm SO glad I made the leap to buy! I have done a little pilates before, and these dvds were great at delivering no-nonsense, clear instructions (u dont need to keep turning your head to TV as instructor is fab at directing you!). She goes straight into each section. Its challenging but fun, and for about a month now I have been alternating between pilates and rapid results (extra challenging) and I can really see a difference. My waist, tummy and thighs are slimmer and more toned and I'm getting better at the exercises. Wont be getting bored of these in a hurry as lots to keep me occupied for a while... and they def do work!!

Great value for your money
10 minute solution really turned out being the solution for me. I especially like their pilates dvds. Both instructors are really good. In this package there is only one dvd you will actually use under special circumstances (pregnancy) only, so if you are not pregnant, you actually only get three dvds. Still, the pilates dvd is really great for beginners, but be aware that you cannoz learn the pilates technique by using the dvd - you have to learn the basic principles and techniques at a studio or else, this dvd will not teach you! The excerises are great for beginners and they will give you some challenges as well. Pilates rapid results is an intermediate level, I especially like the arms and shoulders section which actually makes your core work really hard to. Slim and sculpt requires a band (not included) and seems a little easy to me. Suzanne Bowen also has the pilates perfect body dvd (not part of this package) which is really great. Its a pitty there is no dvd available with a small toning ball.
