Qaulity all round workout from WeightWatchers as you would expect. Like the fact that it has real people in it who have lost weight, toned up and look great.
Easy to use, great one for the collection and ring the changes so you don't get bored of doing the same routines.

The DVD is really easy going, i like the way i can choose how long i exercise for, as there are options for 10 mins to 90 mins of programmes to follow.
