Is a good case, but beware the magnets can interfere!
I got this case as a present and to look at, it's very nice. Nice good quality soft leather, fits well and offers good protection.
I used it with my 32GB 1st gen Touch and had no problems with it at all.
(At this point I would have given it 5 stars)
My Touch then broke, no audio from left - broken headphone jack - common problem with iPod.
I got a replacement iPod Touch and that's when the problems began.
My Touch would randomly turn itself off and require a hard reset to get it working again. Sometimes it would drain a fully charged battery in a few hours without me even using it! I stopped using the case and the problems vanished.
At this point I did some testing and I found that placing the magnets over the iPod makes the screen flicker faintly and make a faint high pitched noise so I'm pretty sure it's the case causing all the problems.
Like I said, it worked fine with my original iPod so it's rather hit + miss.
So in summary, good case but beware as the magnets may cause problems with your iPod.
(btw, google will show you many more instances of magnets causing problems with iPod Touches, so it's not isolated to this particular case)
good pouch but beware
very good case for the i-touch but it seems to have one drawback!! when i charged it in the case it caused the i-touch to freeze and bomb out, you have to reboot the player afterwards??
