Synopsis
Like a small-screen version of THE SIXTH SENSE, CBS's popular television series GHOST WHISPERER is a supernatural drama of the paranormal. Executive produced by real-life medium and author James Van Praagh (TALKING TO HEAVEN), the series centres around a small-town antiques-store owner, Melinda Gordon (Jennifer Love Hewitt, PARTY OF FIVE), who realizes she has the ability to communicate with ghosts. Melinda puts her unique skills to work by helping the dead find emotional closure while depending on her paramedic husband, Jim Clancy (David Conrad, ROSWELL), and new business partner, Delia Banks (Camryn Manheim), for moral support. This collection presents every episode of the series' second series.

Spooky, emotional and unmissable!
I have watched both Series 1 and 2 on Sky and already own Series 1. I absolutely love Ghost Whisperer and the only down side is that they have to have a break between each series (S2 has just finished) - I can't wait for the next one. J. Love-Hewitt is brilliant in her role as Melinda, a woman who helps the dead to cross over and she has a strong bond with her husband and friends. Some of the spirits can be quite creepy and the beginning of each story keeps you on the edge of your seat, then by the end, when she helps them talk to their loved ones, it's quite emotional. I hope they continue to make many more series because this is my favourite programme and I love the topic as it's believable.

Ghost Whisperer
This dvd is for anyone who really has an open mind about the super natural or slightly weird going's on.you dont have to be a true believer in the life after death stuff,but when you start to watch the episodes it will get you hooked or it should do just like me.The characters are so believeable,the whole team make this a wonderfull series to watch.Take it from me it is well worth buying and money well spent.You will defiently want to buy the next series i can guarantee that .

The Whispering Continues
Tying in neatly with the finale of Season One and Melinda is trying to lay the ghost of her partner to rest. The season brings a new friend in the form of Delia Banks, who is unaware of Melinda's ability but her son accidently discovers the truth and Melinda has to bring Delia into her circle of friends who know of her ability. Melinda also befriends a professor at the local college who can give her insights into various aspects of her hauntings.

Yet again the series delivers humour, shocks, good feelings and emotion in spades.

Jennifer Love Hewitt is as sexy (if not more so) as she was in Season One and she is now so comfortable in the role of Melinda that she radiates that confidence in every episode.

I really enjoyed every episode and (like the previous reviewer) am now eagerly awaiting the release of the third season.
