Puts the fun back into home exercise workouts
I bought this dvd as I wanted to get to grips with the basics before starting an actual course. I did think how hard could this be? Well let me tell you it gives you a great work out. Your thighs will never be the same again. Plus you can't help but get carried away with the feel good factor of learning such a graceful dance.

Great fun!
A great fun way to work out. You will laugh with Hemalayaa (mainly at her hysterical laughter!) but will definitely have fun doing the sequences and dancing. It will make you want to exercise. DVD has three different programmes, each about 15 or 20mins long. You can just do one, or, do all three in one go for ultimate fun and work out.
