Customer Reviews
Does exactly what it's meant to do for the 60gb PS3.
It boils down to this... this product is used to transfer the data from your PS2 memory cards to your PS3 so those that have the 60gb PS3 can retain and use the saves from their PS2 games. (I'm sure that this will work in other versions of the PS3 but as far as I am aware only the 60gb version has the backwards capability to play PS1 & PS2 games).
I found that this product worked perfectly for me. It comes well packed (unfortunately too much plastic like most stuff from China) and includes the USB cable and the actual adaptor unit. I got mine from a new seller 'iBox Ltd' at a fantastic price and the delivery time was amazing.
Admitedly you'll probably only use this product once or twice, so the price doesn't seem worth it at first, but it is an invaulable piece of kit for 60gb PS3 owners.
Great
This product is supposed to transfer saved files from PS1/PS2 memory cards to your internal ps3 memory cards and it works perfectly!
When it's all plugged in, the PS1/PS2 memory card shows up with the list of your other memory cards, and you simply copy your files to your internal cards. I haven't tried this yet, but I'm also guessing that you can transfer data back to the PS cards as well.
Although you may only use this device once, you can use the supplied usb cable to charge your controllers, very handy if you need to charge two controllers at once but only have one cable.
So overall a great device, and at a great price too.
