Learn what it's like to be part-robot, part secret agent in Secret Agent Clank. Using the same engine as the first hit Ratchet & Clank adventure, this game focuses, for the first time in the series, on the adventures of the beloved robot sidekick Clank and his secret alter-ego, Secret Agent Clank. Set after Size Matters, but before the events of Tools of Destruction, the premise behind Secret Agent Clank surrounds Ratchet as he's framed for a crime that he didn't commit. Unfortunately for the hero, the trial is skewed against him, and all indications point to him being found guilty. To save his friend, Clank dons the tuxedo and equipment of his favorite alter ego, Secret Agent Clank, and investigates who's behind the accusations. Along the way, he learns and acquires new abilities, such as Clank-Fu, which he'll use against his opponents. He'll also gain access to new weapons, such as bow tie boomerangs, cuff link bombs and jet boots.

Good old Clank!
This game has all the classic elements of the Ratchett and Clank series; lots of good platform jumping and fighting, mixed with playable (and re-playable) arena-style competitions for Ratchett, Clank and the Gadgebots, along with an assortment of mini-game segments inside the main game (a tetris style lock-picking game, and a guitar hero style laser dodging game for starters).
It took me a little while to get the hang of the controls again, and if I have one complaint it's that the camera is a little too close to Clank, but it's not too easy, and not too hard. Lots of fun, looks great, and well worth it.
Brilliant Game!
I have to say I wasn't exactly sure what to make of this game but I was most definitely up to the challenge of completing it. Well, I still haven't completed it yet but I can comment on the story so far. The way that the game itself opened up was wonderful, providing a very challenging level which included what is known as Rhythm Mode I think (Where the buttons show up and you have to press them all in order.) This opening level though is perhaps a little bit hard for beginners but eventually, it takes no time to adjust. Having played the other Ratchet and Clank titles such as straight from the first one, all the way up to Quest For Booty, I do have to say that controlling Ratchet's sidekick, Clank has always been different to controlling Ratchet none the less (but you also do get to play as Ratchet and Qwark in certain stages.)
Overall, I do highly recommend this to anyone who is in for a challenge. It's most definitely a lot harder than it looks, so have a go!
Secret Agent Clank -
I bought this game as a substitute for my 10 year old son, who had wanted Iron man but was warned off saying it was a bad game. He wasn't disappointed. Brillant, fantastic and great levels. His favourite part was when he was in a giant robot suit, which shot lasers.
A game for every kid, especaily 10 year old boys.
