Well chuffed!
Sennheiser MX W1, Sennheiser¿s First Portable & Completely Wireless Stereo Earphone System
I was growing more and more fed up with wires tangling and tickling my neck & cheeks, even though I have a great pair of Grado phones. I wanted some "wireless" phones (preferably in-the-ear) and with excellent sound quality also. With some hard-earned cash set aside for this, I plumped for these Sennheiser MX W1 and they are worth every penny! Perfect sound transmission works up to 4-5m away. Lovely full range from bass to treble. I have small ears but found these still fitted great. The charging cradle is cool and has it's own leather carry pouch - meaning I get up to 3 hours constant play before I have to "dock" the phones for 30mins or so. Then repeat this cycle another 2 or 3 times then the cradle has to be recharged. Ther transmitter also has to be charged for an hour or so but not as frequently as the earphones - maybe once every 6 hours play. So with the charging cradle, transmitter and of course your mp3 player all charging up, make sure your electricity bill is paid! But really, I'm struggling to find anything negative to write about the MS W1s - I found what I was looking for. Very satisfied!

Never go back to wires
I've had a pair of these since Dec '08 and quite simply going back to wired headphones is never something I wish to do. The complete freedom without things tugging at your ears is unique. I used to have normal in-the-ear headphones which on breezy days you'd hear a lot of wind noise so you'd have to crank up the volume - not so with the MX W1's. They fit very snugly in the ear and aren't affected by wind noise. Sound quality is crystal clear. Very good life between charges, and the charger works from both mains supply and any computer USB port - they really have been very well designed for use and re-use anywhere. Couldn't really justify buying them for myself, so requested that my family donate both Xmas and Birthday money towards them. As I willingly use them every day, this is a gift I can say I genuinely enjoy on a daily basis.
If you can pool together some dosh and thus have the feeling of getting a gift/bargain out of them, then you are onto a complete winner.
