ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! a MUST HAVE BOX SET5
This is a must have box set. Honestly, just go for it and buy it. The documentsry involves all the current and former members talking about the past and present of this amazing band. The gigs are played on the highest level of musicianship and bonuses are fantastic too. It's simply a must have dvd for any fan of Cannibal Corpse- giants of death metal.
I haven't been pleased for a dvd for such a long time.

20 years and still killing5
Just got this DVD and I have yet to think of a good work to discrib it best but phenomenal comes pretty close. Whether you have been into the band for years or just getting into them now doesn't matter. This covers everything. I would even recommend it to people that dont like Cannibal Corpse becuase it offers such a great insight into the band members, the pressures in maintaining a top notch sound and a good summary of recent metal to date. This is the definitive Cannibal Corpse story.

Fist disc comes in two glorious parts as you would expect; the Chris Barnes years which covers everything from 'Eaten back to Life' up to 'Tomb of the Mutilated'. The whole history of the rise of the band and the evolution of their sound and gore spattered lyrics is fantastic, incredibly interesting as well as giving me a new found appreciation for Barnes.

Second part is all the Corpsegrinder years and because Coprse underwent a few more lineup changes in this time it is facinating to watch the band continue to produce even more brutal and techincal metal. This takes us up right till the present day and if the first part didnt blow you away this doublewammy of Death Metal history and distilled awesomness will make for a very entertaining evening.

Whats that? End of the DVD? I think not! Behold the awesome DISC TWO! The guys at Cannibal Corpse are kind enough to offer snipets of gigs going all the way back to '89. Sound quality is great on each gig and gives you the chance to see all your older favortite members in action. This Disc also incudes most of the Cannibal Corpse music videos with lots of fake blood and ridiculous situations.

And as if this wasn't enough the third disc offer bonus stuff such as a blacklog and history of all the album artwork, which lets face it nearly deserves and dvd all of its own, and a few other very enjoyable additions.

Simple summary BUY THIS DVD NOW! You will not regret it!

Standard issue for any CC fan5
I have been a Cannibal Corpse fan for many years now and i always get anything they release and i am always blown away with every purchase and this is no exception. You get alot of sound for your pound. 3 Discs chock full of goodies. The 3hr docu-history of CC where it tells the story of the members and the bands they were in b4 CC right up to the present is worth it alone. There is so much stuff, Interviews with members past and present, stories from the road, footage during recording (which i always like) along with insights into what the guys do outside the band. not wanting to sound cliched, but I think this really is a must for any CC fan.
