Seems like the "touring with Girls Aloud" curse has been lifted...4
I'm sure it's not gone unnoticed that touring with Girls Aloud is often considered a poisoned chalice, for want of a better word. Not that it's anything Britain's number one girlband have done personally mind, it just seems as if almost every band that's supported them over the years - Cookie in 2005, Frank and Nylon in 2006, and Rogue Traders last year - have all managed to fall by the wayside once they've released an album or single. However, it would appear that that curse has now been lifted with the arrival of their new labelmates The Saturdays.

Consisting of Una, Mollie, Vanessa, Frankie and Rochelle (latter two of which have been labelmates with the Aloud before when they were members of S Club Juniors), they've been reaping up the airplay (playlisted at Radio 1 and Capital FM) and press attention that previous support acts have failed to obtain, and it's not hard to see why. With an addictive sample of Yazoo's "Situation" and an epic chorus that remains catchy without being too annoying, "If This Is Love" acts as a perfect introduction to a group that hopefully will get every success in the world.

Give Me Some Earplugs!1
Wow, how do this group keep doing it, time after time, churning out complete rubbish that is, they're bland, boring and so very bad.

We've already got a pretty good five piece girl band in this country, why the hell do we need this second rate lot.
