Not the same as the picture2
Okay, so when I looked back at the product, it does say remanufactured BUT the image that goes with it is of an official product, complete with original packaging and you imagine you're getting the same thing you'd pick up in any office supplies shop. You're not. You get a refilled cartridge, which is fine if that's what you think you've ordered.
