Fourth album from enormously successful Canadian radio-rocktroupe follows 2003's 'The Long Road'. Leaving the angst ofgrunge mostly behind them, this release finds them in a more pensive and reflective mood and features a greater paletteof instruments, adding piano, keyboards and acoustic guitars into several of the tracks. Includes the single 'Photograph' and the track 'Side Of A Bullet', a tribute to murdered ex-Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell which features a solo recorded by the man himself. This deluxe version includes a bonus DVD.

Their music matters!
Nickelback have always been at the forefront of the press and music critics tongue wagging citing them as humourless but when it comes to the music that matters as All The Right Reasons is a uplifting album especially on the good humoured track "Rockstar" with Billy Gibbons add a number of spoken word lyrics and "Photograph" would possibly end up on future power ballad compilations due to its lovely slow building riffs and lyrics sung sweetly by Chad Kroeger who then turns it around for "Animals" and Dimebag Darrell tribute track "Side of a bullet" courtesy of Dime's guitar solo whilst the lyrics condemns the guy in the song for robbing such a respected musician in the world of rock with his finger trigger.

No matter what everybody else thinks for that matter but Nickelback deserve their place in rock just for churning out quality albums that have made the critics eat their own words.

Get this for all the right reasons!
Whilst this album has been around for a few years already, you have to admit that this special edition version is rather exciting. A whole separate disc of videos is worth it alone, nevermind the bonus live tracks that this edition boasts. For old and new fans alike - add it to your basket now! :)

I have to say firstly, hat a album!!! Ignore any bad reviews that you may read and believe what the majority of reviewers have said, "All the right reasons" is truely a hard rock masterpiece and with every track a gem, you'll find yourself paying it over and over again.
"All the Right Reasons" is without a doubt one of Nickelback's best albums so far and worth a five star raiting for just "Rockstar" and "Photograph" alone. My other favourite songs here are "Next Contestant", "Side Of A Bullet", "If Everyone Cared" and "Far Away" but there isn't a track on here that I dislike, it's perfect!
This special addition not only includes this CD, but the stunning DVD which features all the band's music videos to date, a real treat for the fans.
Highly recommened!!
