Really good - especially if you're not a dancer!!5
I was given this as a pressie and was reluctant to even open it as I hate dance dvd's as I have 2 left feet and prefer traditional aerobics but really liked this!! Camilla is fantastic with her instruction and uses steps that are really simple and uncomplicated and turns them into an aerobic workout. She has 2 dancers with her that do the easier version and the harder which I always like in a workout. She also told you about breathing properly throughtout and I liked the fact that there were 4 different dances in 4 seperate workouts. So often workouts seem to be the same routine over and over which makes them so boring after a while. There was also a good warmup and cooldown. I will definately use this for days when I don't fancy a traditional Davina style workout but still want to get some exercise in. Really good and well worth a go. This is one of the better 'celeb' dvd's this year.

Good work out and easy to follow5
I bought this as I liked the idea of keeping fit through dance. I have used it twice so far.The first time I just went through the warm up, two dance routines consisting of four dance steps at different tempos, followed by the warm down and stretching. I felt that I worked quite hard, the increased tempos working giving me a good cardio-vascular workout. The second time I completed the four dance routines as I had more time. Camilla breaks down the dance routines into bite size pieces so that they are easy to follow and are not to complicated. I intend to use these workouts as a change from Davinas.

Camilla is great but the music is dull!3
This seems to be more of a combination of aerobic moves and dance as opposed to Kelly & Flavia' DVD. Camilla is a good presenter; she is clear, encouraging and friendly on the DVD.
The premise of starting off at a lower intensity and then moving up to a faster beat is good and there is a lot of repetition of moves so that it is easy to pick them up quickly.
The main criticism of this DVD is that the music is really boring and unmotivating. It's all instrumental and fits with the dancing but is not particularly inspiring and for me personally, very off-putting.
I would think this would be a good starter DVD before you move on to something more challenging when you are fitter.
