I ordered a 32" Philex black wall brackett.I was sent substitite without notifying me.This is sign of a cowboy outfit.Everyone should be aware that there is no direct telephone to contact customer service.Getting an email reply for your complaint is a long process.I would be very carefull to buy product from Amazon.
