Simple but effective!
This phone is a gem if you are looking for reliability and quick use, I use it in many countries where power supplies are not as stable as in the UK and the fact it takes all its power from the USB is great. Also even if the phone is not plugged in when someone calls on Skype, you just connect the device, wait two seconds and it works! Overall, a very simple but therefore very effecive Skype handset - superb value for money!

excellent device for a smart price
I've bought 7 phones over last year for me and members of my family. The quality of sound is great, nice simple design, it's also easy to use. If you are looking for a USB VoIP phone then i'd suggest to consider this model.

Simple to use but very unreliable.
Used it twice with skype before it made clicky noises when plugged into the usb on my laptop, after which the microphone part of the phone did not work or the computer said that the device had malfunctioned. Simple and easy to use when it works, but it is very unreliable and I would advise spending slightly more money on something of better quality.
